workflow:

360 degree Scanning of object with DSLR.

Use Agisoft metashape to generate point cloud of object.

import point cloud and camera positions into Maya.

Retopologize in maya with clean geometry using pointcloud and camera position image planes as Ground Truth.

Reproject textures on clean mesh in Agisoft and export.

Clean texture, delight, color match, and add detail via photoshop or substance as needed.
